Y’all, this place is awesome for a big group of friends or a big family get together. 4br with king size beds. 4 bathrooms!!! Plus a 6 twin bed bunk room. Full size kitchen with everything you need. A nice fire pit for a evening fire( bring your firewood, we don’t provide) huge deck to sit and enjoy peace and quite or crank up your music!! You are on 20 acres of private owned property. Only 8 miles from town, so a quick trip if you forgot something. Plus you do not have to trailer your rides to the trail heads. You can ride straight from here. Plus miles and miles of national forest to ride. Check us out for your next adventure! Get your group together and make a plan!Our cabins have kitchenettes, toaster ovens, microwave, coffee maker, full size bed and a queen sleeper sofa, charcoal grill and a nice fire pit. Everything you need, you just bring food and firewood. Nice big area for truck and trailer parking. Remember: you can ride your ATV to the trail head, no need for trailering. You can also ride from cabins to the Cossatot river.

Our Rental Policies

We don’t allow EV charging

No are Pets Permitted!

We do not allow any type of pet on our property. If you show up with your pet, you will either need to board it or you will be unable to stay. It will be considered a last minute cancellation and you will be billed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

We require seven (7) days notice on standard bookings, fourteen (14) days on Holidays and Special Events (Rallies and Festivals). Failure to make cancellation within required notice will result in a charge of 50% of Booking plus tax to be charged to the credit card used to make reservation.

$350/night Friday and Saturday (+tax)
$300/night Sunday thru Thursday(+tax)
Rates based on 8 guests. Add $10.00 per additional guests.
Maximum Number of guests is 14. Children 12 & under do not apply.
December-February 25% off bookings of 3 days or more

The Backwoods Lodge is decorated with beautiful wildlife mounts. Also a large collection of antique fishing lures, wildlife pictures and a very large handmade chandelier in the living/dining room. Available for Weddings, Honeymoons, Family Reunions, Corporate Off-site Meetings.

Features: Handicapped accessible, 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 675 sq. ft. covered deck overlooking the Ouachita Mountains, Complete kitchen, All rooms have satellite TV, C/H and air plus ceiling fans, Bunk room with 6 twin beds.
